From Eastern and Western Holistic Health collaborations, Ayurveda, our Moon Circles & Yoga, Meditation, Mindbody Integrative Health Coaching, Exploring Trauma and Rewilding, to Plant ID, Herbal Medicine and Ancestry, Aromatherapy, Native Plants, & all things Herbal Science and Holistic Health Program Curation, we offer hands on creative and inspiring classes for almost everyone!
Some of our clients include; the Waldorf schools elementary through high school garden based educational programs, Herbal Science, Holistic Health and Nutrition, the Whidbey Institute, some of your favorite apothecaries and coops across WA including Dandelion Botanical Co and PCC Natural COOP, and your beloved yoga studios from Seattle to Whidbey Island including Halfmoon Yoga, the Sanctuary at the Whidbey Institute, and the Corepower Yoga franchises across Seattle. Some distance learning is still available and classes are offered through Zoom for now. Keep checking back in for next season’s Covid-free in person classes and other offerings.
